As one of the first team members of our Logistic operation in Chile you'll be key in shaping the  team from scratch.

**What You'll Do In This Position

**

  • Support logistics team on delivering day to day responsibilities: orders flow, warehouse and couriers management

  • Identify improvement opportunities and roll-out projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Exercise your analytical skills: bring your hypothesis; let's test them together!

  • Work closely with different teams in a collaborative environment to bring the best possible experience for our merchants

  • Conduct data-driven business analysis to support and make recommendations on key strategic initiatives for the business

You will be a great fit for this position if you:

  • Have experience with Logistics processes (preferred)

  • Are number and hypothesis-driven person, with outstanding analytical skills and expert with excel;

  • Are Results oriented to prioritize large volumes of activities;

  • Are fluent in Spanish and English - you're going to work in a Global company!;

  • Easy going and team player, your success will depend also on multiple stakeholder support;

  • Pragmatic, pro-active, hands on, people oriented and a fast-paced environment lover.
