About The Role
Are you looking for a challenging, fast paced role where you can implement new ideas and create new processes from scratch? If so, please read on. We are looking for a new member for our Logistics team to support our growing and increasingly complex Supply Chain. You will work directly with the Country Manager to oversee and continually improve our Supply Chain, interact with our 3PL providers and articulate distribution across Chile.
What You’ll Do
Ensure operational continuity of SumUp’s card reader deliveries through Logistics and Reverse Logistics processes
Work with 3PL service providers, maintaining a high level of service in our B2C channel
Continuously measure the quality of the Supply Chain operation and maximise Customer Satisfaction through different initiatives
Design the returns process for faulty or defective Card Readers
Develop & Optimize Processes -Design and implement Logistics' processes for new sales channels
Drive initiatives to automate processes throughout the Supply Chain
What You’ll Need
You have at least 4 years of experience in an Operations/Logistics role, leading operational improvement projects.
You are data driven and motivated to improve the customer experience
Excel is a must, SQL is a plus.
You are creative and open to test new ideas
You have a strong hands on attitude
Advanced English skills
You are a fast-learner and self-starter. You’ll be working at a startup: be prepared to run things outside of your scope and do not expect us to have all the answers you need.
