As part of the Onboarding Team you will play a key role in helping us to create the most frictionless/customer-oriented Onboarding process for our merchants. With a focus on both our activation and KYC journey, we devise innovative ways of both maximizing our funnel conversion while complying with all the legal requirements we have. In Onboarding we mix a very unique characteristic where we make sure our processes comply with requirements from national and international regulators, while also pushing the boundaries with the constant question “do we really need to ask for this?”. Our vision of “always finding a way to make our merchants life´s better” is reflected in our hunger to automate and re-invent processes.
We are looking for an onboarding analyst that will help us to truly understand who our merchants are in order to push new projects and products that will truly make us a dream company for our customers. With an initial main challenge of creating and structuring all of our areas reporting and analytics, you will be a key part towards implementing new projects that will help us to improve our operation. With constant support and communication from other Onboarding Teams in Germany, Bulgaria, Berlin, United States, and Brazil, you will form part of a global team who´s main focus is the merchant experience.
What you’ll do:
Create and organize all our operations reporting in order to give visibility of our operation
Draw data Implement new processes to improve our merchant funnel conversion
Develop internal team performance metrics to evaluate productivity and capacity
Analyse data and rollout projects in a fast-paced environment
Work closely with different teams in a collaboratively environment to bring the best possible experience for our merchants
Conduct data-driven business analytics to support and make recommendations on strategy and key strategic initiatives for the business
You’ll be great for this position if:
1-3 years of work experience required in fast-paced environments
Advanced excel and SQL experience
Advanced or fluent english skills
You have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills - you are able to communicate ideas and concepts with team members from a wide range of countries and cultures, and to build strong and productive relationships.
