This is an exciting time for the SumUp brand as we are setting our brand strategy and recrafting our brand positioning and purpose in the chilean market. Altogether we lead the brand positioning and strategy and how it translates across a range of dimensions locally: messaging and creative, tone of voice, naming, design, media, and experience.
As part of the Brand & Comms team, you will be a steward of the brand, promoting the brand positioning and you’ll play a key role in bringing to life our brand purpose and values through relevant and engaging communication.
As the Communications Lead, you will co-create with the team the SumUp brand strategy for the market, and bring campaigns to life. You’ll report to the Brand & Comms Manager and will:
Lead the brand comms strategy arquitecture (purpose, communication territory, key messages)
Co-create with advertising agency a unique and relevant comms territory for the brand (purpose-driven approach)
Develop and lead our 2Y communication roadmap and ensure all communication initiatives are aligned with the brand and impacting from different angles.
Ensure that brand positioning is considered across all campaign work and brand-led programs.
Author briefs, create messaging frameworks, and help facilitate the creative process.
Develop and work with teams to implement key product campaigns.
Define key messages and ad-hoc media platforms for different type of campaigns (brand/product)
Consumer-centric approach for research and insight in order to communicate effectively
Evaluate campaign and messages performance through key KPI’s
Work with SumUp’s teams to ensure that our values and purpose are reflected across our products, design, content and creative.
Work with teams to help bring the SumUp brand to life internally across our office spaces, and ensure that all SumUp’ers understand our brand's position and values, and celebrate the story we're telling
You’ll be great for this position if
You have 4-6 years of experience working strategic planning and/or brand building
