As Salesforce Project Manager, you’ll work in an international team of project managers, administrators and developers to ensure that all Cloud Services (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Contact Centres) are working according to our global business needs. Locally, you’ll focus on the Onboarding Team and work closely together with the Product Owner responsible for Verification.
What you’ll do
Build and improve solutions on the Salesforce platform
Make internal processes (like Case Management) between and within teams more efficient
Build cross-system solutions for Onboarding and Verification together with the Product Manager
Technically align with the Backend, Mobile, and Frontend Developers on how Salesforce features can be used and implemented to improve the merchant experience for the verification and onboarding process
You’ll be great for this role if
You have 3+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Consultant, and/or Developer.
You’ve got a proven track record advising and supporting companies on how to get to the next level using Salesforce.
You can prepare clear user guidelines and document processes.
You know how to write Epics, User Stories, and Tasks.
You feel confident mentoring and training Salesforce Delegated Administrators within the Onboarding Team.
You speak fluent English, both spoken and written.
