What you’ll do
Evaluate and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Investigate and promptly resolve discrepancies and invoice-related issues
Cultivate partnerships with stakeholders, understanding their goals and delivering effective solutions
Correspond with vendors, responding to inquiries promptly
Oversee month-end closing activities, including vendor accruals, deferred expenses, and variance analysis
Contribute to creating and maintaining operational desktop procedures, ensuring organizational information confidentialityProvide supporting documentation for audits
You'll be an excellent fit for this role if you possess
Bachelor’s degree (BA) or Master in Accounting/Finance is required
Accounts payable or general accounting experience in a current or relevant position
Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems and MS Office
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrated experience with any automated tool for processing vendor invoices
Goal-oriented with the ability to remain focused and effective amidst challenges
Demonstrates enthusiasm, dedication, and a willingness to learn
Possesses a conscientious and proactive work ethic
Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Nice to have
