What you’ll do:
Processing various corporate / treasury payments (manual and electronic) through company ERP’s and banking portals
Covering payment-related tasks for employee reimbursement, travel-related expenses and other costs
Preparing and analyzing cash and payment related reports (cash position, forecast and other related to cash management files)
Monitoring liquidity on the bank accounts to ensure sufficient funds for any payment related activity
Providing proof of payments and answering transfer related queries
Supporting bank connectivity projects for various ERP’s
Cooperating closely with AP, Controllership and other departments to manage properly cash management processes
Support other Group Treasury team members in various tasks
You’ll be great for this role if:
Minimum three years experience in AP/Тreasury or other Cash Management function
Excellent English spoken and written
Ability to work without supervision or little on various operational tasks
High attention to the details
Adapt to fast changing environment
Rational and well organized approach to the work-related tasks
Willingness to learn and building something from scratch
Ability to systematically absorb new information
