About the role
This is a 6-month paid internship - ideally full-time 8 hrs per day/40 hours per week. We work from the office by default, but have flexibiltity for when we have to take care of something important.
As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to experience the real world of business forecasting and implement your ideas in ongoing projects. You'll play a vital role in helping the team define what excellence looks like in the Treasury area.
What you’ll do
Processing various corporate / treasury payments (manual and electronic) through company ERP’s and banking portals.
Bank inventory updates.
Weekly statement downloads.
Supporting closing and opening of new bank accounts for the company in the banks.
Providing proof of payments and answering transfer related queries.
Supporting bank connectivity projects and other related with the ERP team.
Support other Group Treasury team members in various tasks
Cooperation with P2P/Accounting and other departments for managing proper payment processing and bank reconciliation.
You’ll be great for this role if the below apply to you
Bachelor’s degree (BA) or Master in Accounting or a relevant field is required – completed or in process of completion
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Good level of MS Office and proven knowledge of accounting principles
Very good analytical skills and high attention to detail and accuracy
Target-driven with ability to remain focused on goals and maintaining effective work despite challenges
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a high-paced multinational organization
Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and cross functional collaboration skillsStrong team player able to interact with colleagues at all levels
Enthusiastic, dedicated and willing to learn, conscientious with a “can-do” attitude and a proactive work ethic
