The Аccounts Receivable team is fast-paced yet cross-functional. We’re looking to bring experienced AR Accountants on board to join our team who will help us ensure accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Compile and sort documents prepare and post invoices and credit and debit memos
Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients. Prepare monthly receivable statements
Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
Generate and submit VAT statements and reports
External/Internal Audit assistance and support
YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT FOR THIS POSITION IF
You have Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting
You have an understanding of accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
You have proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
You have data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
You have preferable hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (SAP)
You are proficient in English and in MS Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
You have high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
