We are currently looking for a Credit Management Analyst fluent in German and English.
What you’ll do
Processing internal requests related mainly to billing and payments coming from the sales and CSM teams
Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
Process payments and refunds
Resolve billing and customer credit issues
Update account status records and collection efforts
Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
Process request coming from our recovery agency
You’ll be great for this role if
You’re fluent in German and English, Italian/Spanish/French is a plus.
Patience and ability to manage stress

Proven experience as a Cash Collection Specialist or similar role
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
Familiarity with laws related to debt collection
Working knowledge of MS Office, CRM (Salesforce) and API (STRIPE) and databases
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
