Senior People Partner - Operations

Our SumUp office in Sofia is currently hiring for the position of Senior People Partner (HRBP) to join our People Team.

  • You will work closely with all team-members and team leads, advise, coach & decide on the best course of action for different team issues and facilitate conversations.

  • You will be part of our journey in finding more agile ways of working and innovating. Working closely with leads and employees to improve team dynamics, effectiveness and engagement.

  • You will get to know the business inside out and create HR initiatives to make SumUp the best place of work infused by radical candor and people positive decision making.

  • You will jump into data and help make data-driven plans that make us even better.

  • You will contribute to the creation of scalable global solutions in a fast growing environment.

  • You will report to Lead people partner based in Berlin.

As part of the global People team and embedded in the EU Market team, you will help us build one of the best companies to work for in the world. Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience as HRBP in a fast-paced environment.

  • You should bring an international mindset to our team. 

  •  Previous experience as an HRBP in an agile tech company is a plus.

  • Sound Project Management skills and HR experience at advisory level, proposing and implementing bold changes in the organisation.

  • You can coach, challenge and act as a soundboard to our team leads.

  • Fluent in Bulgarian and English is a must.
