Our SumUp office in Sofia is currently hiring for the position of Senior People Partner (HRBP) to join our Payments tribe.
You will work closely with all team-members and team managers, advise & decide on the best course of action for different team issues that arise.
You will be of our Agile transformation ambassador working closely with management and employees to improve team dynamics, effectiveness and engagement.
You will get to know the business inside out and create HR initiatives to improve SumUp.
You will jump into the data and help to make data-driven plans for improvements.
You will contribute to the creation of scalable global solutions in a fast growing environment.

5+ years of experience as HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment.
You should bring an international mindset to our team. Part of your team and colleagues are based in Berlin and Sao Paulo
Previous experience as an HR Business Partner in an agile tech company is a plus.
Sound Project Management skills and HR experience at advisory level, proposing and implementing bold changes in the organization.
You can coach, challenge and act as a soundboard to our team leads.
Fluent in Bulgarian and English is a must.
