Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

As part of our Finance team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the business in one of the fastest growing technology companies in the world. What you’ll do

  • Partner with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to help them evaluate and structure hiring needs for roles of varying seniority (from entry-level up to Senior Managers) across Finance.

  • Drive every stage of the talent acquisition process and make accountable hiring decisions.

  • Play a key role in ensuring that SumUp grows and scales in a strategic, sustainable manner.

  • Add value to our recruiting processes by leveraging current trends in active sourcing and recruiting while driving improvements that impact local pipeline areas.

  • Manage projects to ensure continuous optimization and development of the team and our processes.

  • Determine strategies to ensure diverse teams and an inclusive workplace culture.

You’ll be great for this position if

  • You speak fluent English. You will be part of a true international team.

  • You have 5+ years of in-house and/or search firm end-to-end recruiting experience, being exposed to high complexity roles and different locations. Experience hiring for Finance roles is a plus.

  • Candidates love you and hiring managers consider you their recruitment counselor.

  • You’re knowledgeable about sourcing techniques like LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events and Boolean searches.

  • You’re familiar with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.

  • You have strong interviewing skills - behavioral and technical interviews are part of your daily life.

  • You’re results-oriented, easy-going, entrepreneurial and passionate about recruiting.

  • You are a team player and can adapt to constant change.
