Our team is responsible for making sure the merchant verification process is seamless and enjoyable. We’re looking for a Product Manager to join the team and take charge of our KYC (know your customer) product line. In this role, you’ll also work closely with Risk, Compliance, and AML. Ultimately, we’re on a mission to develop world-class tools that help small merchants run their businesses with ease. What we’re looking for
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager with an innovative mindset and passion for collaboration both in and outside of the team. We’d love to find someone who is comfortable creating and driving visions based on market and competitor research and the needs of small merchants. Our ideal candidate will enjoy working closely with a team of Engineers to implement user stories into merchant features. They’ll also balance new feature development, technical debt pay-off and routine maintenance work with a focus on time-to-market and functional design. Additionally, we’re looking for someone who can manage multiple stakeholders, advocate for their product in and outside of the organisation and build partner relationships.
You will design and deliver software solutions that satisfy global regulatory requirements and in-house AML, compliance and risk policies.
Skills & experience
3+ years of product management experience in an agile organisation
Experience co-creating in cross-functional, cross-location teams
Product or technical knowledge in web/mobile app development and API integrations
Experience with KYC/AML in a global company would be great
Proven leadership skills with a passion for motivating your team and leading by example
An analytical mindset and tested problem-solving skills
