As Senior QA Engineer in the Global Bank Tribe you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of mobile banking for millions of merchants worldwide. The mobile team is focused on delivering the most impactful user-facing features, both global and market-specific. You will champion the entire quality process throughout all stages of the development cycle and play a pivotal part in shaping the technical vision, ensuring the quality of our banking features. What you’ll do
Ensure that our products are thoroughly tested by the team and that our testing processes are efficient and effective.
Lead comprehensive testing of our native mobile applications for iOS and Android, ensuring functionality, performance, and user satisfaction.
Innovate and develop tools to support testing, such as test data generators and case management platforms.
Enhance our mobile test automation frameworks, promoting continuous improvement in efficiency and coverage.
Innovate and develop tools to support testing, such as test data generator and case management platform.
Collaborate daily with mobile engineers and work closely with Product Managers and Designers to align quality assurance with product development.
Collaborate, set the bar and exchange knowledge within the QA chapter.
You’ll be great for this role if
You have 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer.
You have a deep understanding of testing methodologies and are able to implement them in a way that best suits our products and team.
You have a solid mobile apps testing experience.
You have proven experience writing automation tests.
Your excellent grasp of test principles and strategies reflects your commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards in software testing.
You are proficient in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Kotlin, Java, Go, TypeScript) and familiar with CI/CD and Git workflows.
Nice to haves
Experience in the fintech, payments or banking industry.
Skilled with mobile automation frameworks.
Possess a good foundation in SQL.
