As a member of our team, you will be responsible for detecting and preventing fraudulent activities, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Become part of a team utilizing a number of tools and methods to identify fraud patterns, reduce the risk and protect SumUp & our clients - small & medium merchants from criminal activity!
What you'll do
Gain deeper knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and tools, ability to review and score cases accurately and efficiently
Deepen your knowledge of the internal processes of fraud mitigation
Apply excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills to provide effective feedback to analysts
Analyzе fraud patterns and providе insights and recommendations to the team and management.
Use data analysis and reporting tools to solve complex cases in escalation channels.
Conduct quality assurance checks and provide feedback for agents and analysts
Develop and implement policies and procedures
Develop and implement solutions to increase the efficiency of risk and anti-fraud operations
Mentor and coach analysts
Be an escalation point for complex cases
You'll be great for this position if
You have thorough understanding of the payment cycle
You have 3+ years of experience as Risk and Anti-fraud analyst
You have excellent understanding of seller and buyer fraud tactics
You have competence in anti-fraud principles and metrics
You are aware about data privacy best practices
You have an understanding what can create complaints and how to prevent them
You are proactive and self-driven, strive for radical candor
You have advanced technical skills - Word, Excel, data manipulation
