About the Role:We're looking for a skilled Payroll Partner to join our Global Payroll team in managing payroll processes across our European entities, primarily covering France, the Netherlands, and Denmark. The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll software, a strong understanding of French payroll, and more than 4 years of experience in payroll management. This is a temporary position for a duration of 12 months with the possibility of extension.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll operations for France, with additional support for the Netherlands and Denmark

  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues via our ticketing system

  • Improve employee satisfaction and ticket resolution KPIs

  • Correctly direct queries to the relevant Global Payroll Partner or internal/external stakeholders as quickly as possible

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Compensation & Benefits, People Operations, and Accounting, to ensure accurate payroll data

  • Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations, particularly in France

  • Maintain and update employee payroll records accurately and promptly

  • Communicate with external providers, such as health insurances and pension providers

  • Assist with other payroll-related tasks as needed

You’ll be great for this role if:

  • You have more than 4 years of experience in payroll management and working with payroll software

  • You have experience in French payroll and knowledge of European payroll laws

  • You are fluent in English and one additional European language (e.g., French)

  • You have strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and other payroll-related software

  • You can work independently and as part of a team

  • You are organized, a self-starter, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
