Payroll Partner (Global)

We're looking to welcome to our team a Payroll Partner (Global) to assist our Global Payroll team in managing payroll processes for our European entities (France and Italy initially). The ideal candidate will have a background in payroll, be detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. This is a temporary position for a duration of 12 months with possibility of extension.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage End-to-End payroll operations for France and Italy

  • Support other European countries (Denmark and Netherlands)

  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues via our Ticketing system

  • Improve employee satisfaction and ticket resolution KPIs

  • Correctly direct queries to the relevant Global Payroll Partner or internal/external stakeholders as quickly as possible

  • Partner with different internal teams including Compensation & Benefits, People Operations and Accounting to ensure correct payroll data is received and maintained

  • Support Global payroll team in ensuring compliance with local payroll laws and regulations

  • Maintain and update employee payroll records accurately and timely

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing

  • Communicate with external providers, eg. health insurances, our pension provider

  • Assist with other payroll-related tasks as needed

  • Review country level payroll policies and amend procedures when required

You’ll be great for this role if:

  • You have an

    Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • You have at least 3 years of experience working with payroll systems and processes

  • You have knowledge of European payroll laws and regulations

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other payroll-related software

  • You have strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • You have excellent communication skills, written and verbal

  • You have ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • You are fluent in English and another European language is desirable

  • You are passionate about payroll and interested in gaining experience in a global setting

  • You are a self-starter, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
