We believe in transparency, so there are no hidden costs or surprise payments. After paying the one-time purchasing price for your device (where applicable), you’ll only pay a fixed transaction fee each time you take a payment.

For our card reader, this transaction fee is 1.60%. For our remote payment options (Payment Links), you’ll pay 2.10% per transaction.

No, there are no monthly fees or binding contracts with SumUp. You only pay a small percentage fee on a transaction-to-transaction basis. In other words, you only pay when you get paid via a SumUp product or service.

Our surcharging feature makes it easy for you to pass service charges to your customers.

To activate it, simply navigate to your profile settings in the SumUp app and choose a surcharge rate. This rate will be applied automatically to all payments you accept via the SumUp app. For more information, visit the support centre.

No, you’ll only pay our fixed transaction fee on successful transactions - declined payments aren’t charged.

Once you’ve placed your order, we work hard to get your product to you as soon as possible. Delivery times are dependent on the region you’re in – currently, it's 1-3 BDs (express delivery).
