Which plan is best for my business?: The Free plan is great for smaller businesses and includes unlimited invoices and quotes with a 2.5% transaction fee for online invoice payments. The Pro plan is £7 per month on the yearly plan and is geared toward growing companies that require invoice customisation, 50% reduced online payment fees, invoice translation and automation features.
What are online payments?: When we talk about online payments, we're referring to invoice payments in which the customer enters their credit card details into a secure webpage or pays via another online method such as Apple Pay. This is the easiest way for your customers to pay you and the fastest way for you to receive your money.

We charge transaction fees for online invoice payments only. There are no transaction fees for bank transfers or cash payments. The transaction fee on the Free plan is 2.5%. The fee on the Pro plan is 1.25%, meaning for every £100 you invoice, we will take a £1.25 cut to cover the expenses incurred from the card schemes (Mastercard, Visa, etc.).
When will I be charged?: When paying for a subscription, you’ll be charged in advance for the selected billing period. Subsequent payments for subscription renewals occur one month/year after your first payment, depending on the billing period you selected.
Which payment methods can I use?: You can pay for your subscription using a debit or credit card. We’re working on making more payment methods available in the future.
When will my subscription renew?: Your subscription will renew automatically in accordance with the monthly/yearly billing period you selected.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?: Of course! If you change your mind, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your SumUp Dashboard.
When you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to the features you paid for until the end of the current billing period. Then, you will automatically return to the Free plan.
What does it mean to receive my money with 7am payouts?: We're launching our latest innovation as an exclusive perk for SumUp One members.
With 7am payouts, any money you earn via SumUp before midnight will be transferred to your account by 7am the next day, even on weekends and public holidays.
We're giving you faster access to your money because we know it's crucial for you to build a thriving business.
If you're already a SumUp One member, this feature will be applied automatically to your membership plan.
