SumUp Gift Cards are digital gift cards that customers can purchase online. All you need is an eligible SumUp account to use Gift Cards in the SumUp App, there’s no additional setup required. Gift cards can be purchased at any price and redeemed with your business later on. 

Through the SumUp App, business owners can generate a Gift Cards link, which can be sent to customers for them to purchase a gift card. After purchase, customers will receive an email with the gift card details and a code, which can be redeemed with your business later on. You can view all sold gift cards on the overview page in your SumUp App. 

Absolutely — all SumUp Gift Card pages use the same secure technology as the rest of the SumUp payment infrastructure.

You can share your gift cards link on social media and messaging platforms, post it on your website, or send your customers an email letting them know gift cards are now available for purchase.

Unfortunately, we can’t activate the gift card product for every type of business due to several regulations that we have to follow as a financially regulated company.
